青风藤中青藤碱工艺提取优化
摘 要近年来，越来越多的患风湿性关节炎和神经痛的患者年龄逐年增加。类风湿性关节炎是一种常见的急性或慢性结缔组织炎症，常引起关节疼痛和肌肉疼痛。风湿病发作前会出现不规则的中度发热甚至心脏受累。神经痛发病时会让人疼痛难忍,患者发病时常伴有针刺样、刀割样或烧灼样的强烈疼痛感。藤是藤藤的干藤蔓。具有络脉、止痛、风湿病等功效。主要治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎、关节肿大胀疼、四肢疼、麻木。宋明炤中，根据《图经本草》和《本草纲目》的记载，“常春藤有风病的征兆。治疗风湿流注，麻痹等症状”。中医中明确记载着“痹症”的病理机制和中草药中关于青风藤的功能效果阐述，治疗风湿疼痛等，选用青风藤的治疗效果最为显著。本课题为探究青风藤中青藤碱的最佳提取工艺优化，能够更加科学的、有效的去利用青风藤中的青藤碱成分，并且提供实验依据。以青藤碱的提取率作为评价指标，采用单因素试验考察不同因素对青风藤中青藤碱的影响。选取对其影响较大的因素，乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、超声时间、超声频率，对其采用正交试验法优选青风藤中青藤碱成分的最佳提取工艺。青藤碱的最佳提取工艺为A2B3C2D3即乙醇浓度为70%，乙醇用量为25ml，超声处理时间为20min，超声处理频率为30Hz。

Abstract
In recent years, more and more patients with rheumatoid arthritis and neuralgia have been increasing year by year. Rheumatoid arthritis is a common acute or chronic connective tissue inflammation that often causes joint pain and muscle pain. Before the onset of rheumatism, there will be irregular moderate fever and even heart fatigue. The onset of neuralgia can be painful and difficult to bear, and the patient often has a sharp pain of needling, cutting, or burning. Rattan is a stem vine. It has the function of complex vein, pain, rheumatism. Main treatment rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, joint swelling pain, limb pain, numbness. In song and Ming dynasty, according to the records of "the grass in the picture" and "compendium of materia medica", "ivy has the symptoms of wind disease. Treatment of rheumatic fluid infusion, paralysis and other symptoms... ". In TCM, the pathologic mechanism of "arthralgia syndrome" and the function effect of Chinese herbal medicine on qingfengteng are clearly described, and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is the most significant.
This project is to explore the optimal extraction process optimization of the cyanine in the vine, and to be more scientific and effective to use the cyvine alkaloids in the vine, and to provide the experimental basis. The effect of different factors on the cyanine alkaloids in the vine was investigated by single factor test. In this paper, the optimum extraction process for the components of sinensis was selected by orthogonal test method for the factors that were more influential to the selection of ethanol concentration, ethanol consumption, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic frequency. The optimal extraction process of sinorine was A2B3C2D3, which was 70% ethanol concentration, 25ml ethanol, 25min ultrasonic processing time and 30Hz ultrasonic treatment.
