History shows that the development of the world economy, promote between city and countryside, the first second and third industry coordinated development, the modernization level of the city and rural area enhancement has a huge role in promoting, and promote the integration of urban and rural development. Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, the highly anticipated results Chinese made in economic construction, city construction change rapidly, a variety of skyscrapers, but can not be ignored is that the city construction process also emerged many problems.
