东台某花园五层框架住宅投标报价文件(附件)【字数：15563】
摘 要此毕业设计是基于广联达软件对东台某花园五层框架住宅的工程量清单计价文件的编制。工程地处江苏省东台市，本建筑是一个高5层，建筑高度为16.55米，建筑占地597.5平方米，总建筑面积3991.6平方米的框架结构住宅。通过使用和查询GBQ广联达计价软件，GCL广联达土建算量软件，GGJ 广联达钢筋算量软件与《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》、《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，按照项目的分部分项工程来计算该分部分项的定额及清单工程量。接着以《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额》和近日的市场价格为指导，参考《江苏省建设工程费用定额》对各项工程进行取费，计算后得出各分部分项的造价，再汇总得出本工程的总造价。

This graduation design is based on the preparation of Quananda Softwares bill of engineering bills for a fivestory frame house in a garden in Dongtai. The project is located in Dongtai County, Jiangsu Province. The building is a fivestory building with the height of 16.55 meters, a building area of 597.5 square meter= and a total construction area of 3991.6 square meters. Through the use and inquiry of GBQ Grunda pricing software, GCL Guang Lianda civil engineering calculation software, GGJ Guang Lianda steel calculation software and "house construction and decoration engineering quantity calculation specification", "construction engineering quantity list valuation specification" Calculate the quota of the subitem and the inventory quantity according to the subproject of the project，Then, it is guided by the “Guidelines for Pricing Construction and Decoration Engineering in Jiangsu Province” and recent market prices.
