Under this background, this article through studies of returning farmland to forest engineering and nonagricultural income farmers the relationship between the two center, combining with the basic data of the survey area, to establish the regression equation, find the influence of several factors of nonagricultural income farmers, through empirical analysis it is concluded that returning farmland to forest project results the influence of nonagricultural income of farmers, and the research conclusion and relevant policy Suggestions are put forward.
