建筑工程成本有效控制途径分析(附件)【字数:8411】
随着时代变迁,我国建筑行业发展形式愈发多样,建筑施工相关的企业竞争也逐日激烈起来。仍有部分建筑企业没有意识到对建筑施工项目的成本进行控制的重要性,没有将成本控制工作落到实处,或者是企业成本控制的体系不够完善,致使工程在施工过程中出现了很多浪费现象,增加了工程的成本,减少了企业利润,减少企业的内部积累,也降低施工企业的竞争力,从而阻碍企业的长远发展。施工企业对建筑工程项目的成本控制是工程项目工作质量的综合反映,在加强工程项目成本控制的过程中,建立科学完善的建筑成本控制体系,及时发现工程项目生产和管理中存在的问题,采取对应措施,充分利用人力和物力,降低工程项目成本,提高施工质量,进而提高施工企业的社会竞争力。本课题就建筑工程成本的有效控制途径进行了初步分析。

Abstract
With the changes of the times, the development forms of Chinas construction industry are becoming more and more diverse, and the competition among enterprises related to construction is becoming increasingly fierce. There are still some construction enterprises that dont realize the importance of controlling the cost of construction projects, and dont implement the cost control work, or the system of enterprise cost control is not perfect, resulting in a lot of waste in the construction process, which increases the cost of the project, reduces the profits of enterprises, reduces the internal accumulation of enterprises, and also reduces the competitiveness of construction enterprises, thus hindering the longterm development of enterprises. The cost control of construction projects by construction enterprises is a comprehensive reflection of the work quality of engineering projects. In the process of strengthening the cost control of engineering projects, a scientific and perfect construction cost control system should be established, problems existing in the production and management of engineering projects should be found in time, and corresponding measures should be taken to make full use of manpower and material resources, reduce the project cost, improve the construction quality and improve the social competitiveness of construction enterprises. This topic has carried on the preliminary analysis on the effective control way of the construction project cost.
