Title The Design of Construction Organization of Variety Museum Based on BIM Technology
Abstract
The construction organization design was born in the planned economy. It is a document for the technical management of the construction project by the construction enterprise. It is the guarantee for the orderly, efficient, and scientifically reasonable construction activities after the project starts.
This construction organization design is a programmatic document that guides the construction of the multipurpose museum project based on BIM technology. As the country vigorously develops BIM, the BIM Technology Award will have a broader application space. This topic through the use of BIM software for the Huaian City Qingpu Middle School Variety Museum construction organization design. The use of Grunenda Zebras network to develop the construction schedule of the project; the use of Ganda Lunfield cloth software for threedimensional simulation of the construction site and threedimensional simulation animation. At the same time, many factors such as the analysis of construction conditions, construction plans, construction methods, technical organization measures for project quality, and technical organization measures for civilized construction were taken into consideration during the preparation, which fully demonstrated the standardization, technicalization, and specialization of the construction organization design. Sex, to ensure that the project can properly, efficiently and safely complete all construction tasks for the very important guidance.
