青海乐都某小区2#楼施工组织设计(附件)
摘 要建筑工程施工组织设计是针对于施工项目的生产技术、经济特点以及根据国家基本建筑方针和技术政策进行工程进度、资源、技术方法等方面的内容编制。在施工过程中，从进度计划、资源计划等角度进行合理安排。按照客观的经济、技术规范来做出合理且科学的安排，从而使项目获得更高的综合效益。本次项目所在地为青海省乐都县原交通驾校地块，109国道南侧。项目主体为剪力墙结构，拥有地上建筑三十二层，地下一层，地下一层作为仓库使用，建筑属于高层住宅类建筑。总建筑面积达到33795.9平方米。其抗震设防烈度为7度，建筑防水等级为Ⅲ级，结构设计使用年限为50年。根据专业理论知识，在指导老师的帮助下，并参考相关专业书籍，从施工总承包的角度，对该工程的施工重点难点、进度计划、施工准备、分项工程施工方案和项目管理等部分进行编制。

ABSTRACT
Construction organization design is for the construction project of production technology, economic characteristics and carries on the project schedule, resources, technology and methods according to the national basic construction policy and technology policy aspects of the content of the preparation. During the whole construct tyr to make reasonable arrangement of manpower, capital, materials, machinery and other aspects Drawing up reasonable and scientific arrangement according to the objective economic and technical rules, so that the project can obtain the highest comprehensive benefit.
This project is located in Le du County in Qinghai Province, where used to be the original traffic driving block. State Road 109 is on it’s northern part. The main body of the project is the shear wall structure. The building has a floor underground and also has thirtytwo floors on the ground. The ground floor was a warehouse. The building is a kind of highrise residential apartment house. The total construction area of 33795.9 square meters. The seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the building waterproof grade is grade III, the structure design service life is 50 years. According to the professional theory knowledge, with the teachers help and reference. Referring to some professional books, From the angle of construction general contracting. Compiling the construction of difficult parts, schedule, construction preparation, sub project construction scheme and project management.

编制说明
在施工过程里严格遵循国家建设法律法规，同时在对施工建筑的施工技术方案进行编制时要符合相关的行业规范。施工方案要以能够满足施工图纸的要求为基础来进行编写。在完成施工组织设计的编制以后要经过有关的单位审核通过以后方能进行使用。在落实到项目管理阶段受到业主方面的监督跟踪，实际的运用过程中所有的依据均为施工组织设计方案。
