ABSTRACT
With the development of society and the increasing needs for public entertainments, the audience have stronger requirements towards television programs in the terms of the forms of contents. In order to meet their needs and watching experiences, most of the TV channels are aiming to enhance program qualities. In some municipal television channels, dialectal news programs have been into being, which not only can help the audience to browse the news, but al

V channels are aiming to enhance program qualities. In some municipal television channels, dialectal news programs have been into being, which not only can help the audience to browse the news, but also can increase the fun of this programs.
TV news programs are still an important way for todays society to understand the news. When people are tired after a day’s work sitting down and watching TV news shows, few people are willing to watch strict faces on television, with which the hosts broadcast the news. However, the emergence of dialectal news programs manage to avoid these blunt faces. The hosts are dressed neatly with causal styles in programs with sweet smiles, whose language is friendly, instead of broadcasting the news seriously. Sometimes they express their own views, will such a program be able to attract audiences more?
Under the circumstances of the promotion of Putonghua in this social background, is the emergence of dialectal news programs appropriate? Will the popularization of such news programs play a useful role in the protection and transmission of dialects? This paper probes into the pros and cons of the popular dialectal news programs and the influence on the popularization of Putonghua based on the case study of "Urban New Female Newspaper" of Jinan Urban Channel.

为了满足更多受众的娱乐需求、观看感受等，各大卫视也在提升自己的节目水平。部分地区的市级电视台开始出现了方言新闻类节目，这类节目既能够满足受众了解新闻要事的要求，又能够增加节目的趣味性、娱乐性。
电视新闻节目仍是当今社会了解新闻要是的一种重要方式，当人们劳累了一天，坐下来观看电视新闻节目时，很少会有人再愿意看着电视上绷着面孔，一本正经的字正腔圆的播新闻了，而方言类新闻节目的出现恰好避免了这些“生硬”。电视上，主持人穿戴整齐又捎带休闲，语言亲和面带亲切的笑容，不是“一本正经”的播新闻
