主体结构验收质量控制研究
2017年对于建筑企业具有重大意义，在这一年中建筑企业的改革与发展是不可忽视的，到如今的2018年基本已经稳定。主体结构质量的验收控制必不可少，近年时有工程因质量而产生问题，其中以主体结构为最，加大主体结构验收质量控制必不可少。 坚持我国方针“可持续发展”的这些年来，建筑行业进入了一个以肉眼可见的速度发展，其中建筑物的主体框架结构更是以混凝土为主材料。在这发展时期，混凝土施工技术成为各施工企业的重点，在各大施工企业的共同进步与完善之下，混凝土施工技术得到了一个质的提升，发展至今，混凝土并未被取代建筑物的主材料，相反还成为了建筑物中不可或缺的组成部分。建筑物的稳定、可靠、整体以及安全性取决于混凝土质量的好坏。由于建设单位追求工期、工作效率，对下面分包工人不加以监督，监理单位监管不落实，施工单位下人员的技术不达到标准，加上施工单位以赚钱为由，对部分施工采取偷工减料，为主体结构的安全性埋下了一颗定时炸弹。因此，本文采取对主体结构验收质量控制研究，对建筑行业的发展具有不可忽视的影响。通过对主体结构验收质量控制的研究，阐述了目前主体结构验收质量控制方面存在的问题。对主体结构施工的一些建设程序，阐述了质量控制的具体过程与步骤。结合对真实案例的研究，讨论了主体结构质量控制研究的作用。在此希望通过对本论文的研究与讨论，能为主体结构质量控制提供一定的价值与经验。

Abstract
2017 is a year of development of construction enterprises and a year of development. By 2018, the tide has stabilized. The acceptance control of the main structure quality is indispensable. In recent years, there are some problems caused by the quality of the project, so it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of the main structure acceptance.
During the continuous development of our country, the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development. The main material of the building itself is mostly concrete, so far, concrete construction technology has been greatly improved. Nowadays, concrete has become an indispensable and important part of building structure. The quality of concrete directly affects the stability, reliability, integrity and safety of the structure.
Due to the construction units pursuit of time limit and work efficiency, the following subcontractors are not supervised, supervision units supervision is not implemented, some construction units technology is deficient, and the construction units Jerry work and material reduction, leading to the main structure of the existing security risks. It can be concluded that the quality control research based on the acceptance of the main structure is of great significance.
