水平刮板输送机机头部设计(附件)
刮板输送机是综采工作面机械设备中的一种连续运输机械，它具有挠性牵引机构的，主要被用来供采煤工作面使用。在煤矿井下综采工作面中主要承担的任务是将采煤机采下的原煤连续不断地运往转载机，确保综采工作面的原煤连续运出。综采面的特殊工作环境，对刮板输送机提出了更高的要求，其中机身高度要求要尽可能小，便于散料煤的装载；运输能力满足使用地点的生产需要；结构坚固，能抵抗压、砸和碰撞；变更运输距离时，加长和缩短方便；能够不拆卸用机械移置。根据所给的总体设计参数和工作环境的要求，通过对刮板输送机的发展现状及趋势、结构组成、工作原理、种类及作用进行分析，对本文中小型的刮板输送机输送能力的计算、运行阻力的计算、链条张力和牵引力的计算、电机功率的计算等计算和设计，完成刮板输送机结构设计。关键词：刮板输送机；总体设计；机头部 5. 4月21日～5月10日：编制图纸目录，撰写毕业设计论文。
6. 6月7日～6月13日：答辩。

Abstract
Scraper conveyor is one of the mechanical equipment of fully mechanized working face of continuous transport machinery, it has a flexible traction institutions, mainly used for the use of mining face. In the coal mine fully mechanized working face in the main task is to shearer mining of coal under continuously to reprint machine, to ensure that the crude straight out of the fully mechanized working face.
Fully mechanized face in special working environment, puts forward higher requirements on scraper conveyor, the fuselage height requirement for as little as possible, convenient for bulk coal loading; Transport capacity meet the production requirements of using site; Stable structure, resistance to pressure, smashing and collision; Easy change of transportation distance, lengthen and shorten; Can not remove with the mechanical displacement.
Given according to the overall design parameters and the requirements of the work environment, based on the present situation and tendency of the development of scraper conveyor, structure composition, working principle, types and effect analysis, in this article the small and mediumsized scraper conveyor transmission capacity calculation, calculation of running resistance, chain tension and the calculation of the traction and motors power calculation and design, complete the scraper conveyer structure design.
