摘要：随着经济以及科技的快速发展，机动车数量也随之增加，国内交通设施的建设越来越多，对交通管理的要求也日益提高。因此，交通管理水平也和我们日常生活紧密相关，智能交通系统（Intelligence Traffic System, ITS）已成为未来交通监管系统的主要发展趋势。本系统采用B/S模式设计，采用JSP技术实现业务逻辑，以SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库。它根据电子警察系统传来的违章图片对车辆违章行为进行相应的处理，主要包括：司机查询违章记录，管理员与交警对违章记录的录入以及分类查找，管理员对数据的删除和修改，系统对车辆违章信息的统计等功能。经测试本系统能帮助交管部门记录和处理违章信息，一定程度上可以减少交通隐患。
Design and Implementation of the Illegal Vehicle Information Management System Based On WEB

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the number of vehicles is becoming larger, and the construction of domestic transportation is becoming more and more, also to the requirement of traffic control is increasing day by day. Therefore, the level and the quality of traffic management are connected with our everyday life, Intelligent Transportation System or simply “ITS” for short has become a main developing trend of future Traffic regulation System. The design and implementation of the system is based on B/S structure, and JSP technology is used to implement the business logic, at the same time with SQL Server 2008 as the backstage database. According to the illegal pictures coming from electronic police system, the system makes corresponding processing vehicle traffic violations. The system mainly includes: the driver for violations of the query, the administrator and the traffic police to violate the rules and regulations record of entry and classification search, the administrator of the data, delete and modify the system of vehicle illegal information statistics and etc. After testing, this system can help the traffic department record and manage illegal information, to a certain extent, the system can ensure the safety of traffic, reduce traffic hidden trouble.
