当今社会，随着计算机的普及，信息的传播速度飞速发展，信息化的手段已经深入到各个行业，而且通过计算机进行信息交互已经成为信息传播的最好的办法。
而随着我国经济文化的迅猛发展，行业竞争力持续增加，高校作为人才培养基地，怎样使资源能被高校毕业生和用人单位都能快速共享也成为了重点工作。本文分析当前已有系统的缺点，设计与实现了高校就业信息系统。首先，本文分析了已有高校就业信息系统，并分析了实现该系统的技术要求。其次，论述了各个模块的设计与实现，包含了前台界面、控制层、后台数据库等相关功能。最后，对系统部分测试，列举了注册和登录模块的测试用例。
通过详细的需求分析与设计，采用Java开发语言，在JSP平台的基础上，以MySQL为数据库，建立一个基于WEB的B/S架构的高校就业信息系统。本系统主要分成学生、用人单位、管理员这三类，并分别介绍了这三类系统的功能分析、设计与实现。
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the popularization of computer, information propagation speed of rapid development, means of information has gone deep into various industries, and through the computer information interaction has become the best way to disseminate information.
And with the rapid development of economic and culture in China, continued to increase the competitiveness of the industry, colleges and universities as a talent training base, how to enable resources to be college graduates and employers can quickly share has become the focus of the work. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing system, design and implementation of the university employment information system. First of all, this paper analyzes the existing university employment information system, and analyzes the realization of the systems technical requirements. Secondly, this paper discusses the design and implementation of each module, including the front interface, control layer, background database and other related functions. At last, the system is tested, and the test cases of registration and login modules are enumerated.
Through detailed requirements analysis and design, using Java development language, based on the JSP platform, with MySQL as the database, the establishment of a WEB based B/S architecture of the university employment information system. This system is mainly divided into three categories of students, employers and administrators, and respectively introduces the function analysis, design and implementation of these three types of systems.

1.1系统开发的背景
目前市面上已经存在的高校就业信息系统，为高校毕业生就业缓解了一定的压力，但大多数的系统是针对各高校自身需求设计的，运行效果不太理想。大多数的高校就业信息系统信息发布比较滞后，不能及时更新毕业生就业信息，针对以上问题拟设计一款高校就业信息系统。

1.2.1国外研究现状
此前，国外的这个系统已经应用，几乎所有的高校都在用计算机来管理学生的就业，利用就业信息系统，学生寻找就业机会，企业需找所需人才。
在美国，“政府不包分配、高校指导就业、学生与用人单位双向选择”。学生生的就业率、用人单位的满意度、毕业生的收入水平都是重要的评价指标[1]，互联网、信息管理系统已成为美国大学生应聘的重要媒介。日本大学毕业生就业还跟踪到几年后。首先，帮助指导毕业生，二，大专以上学历的有反馈和指导意义[2]。而俄罗斯的系统的工作由建立信息分配系统组成[3]。系统主要由三部分组成，教育机构（高校）服务器、地区服务器、中央服务器[4][5]。在法国，除了学校有就业指导部门，在国内也有，它不仅能帮助学生结合自身特点和学校的要求制定实习计划，而且还为学生提供免费的就业指导[6]。在德国，有专业服务网站，为学生详细列明不同专业在近几年的就业情况[7]。学生通过登录到网站查阅相关信息，可以更好地调整自身的兴趣与社会需求相结合[8]。
