本文所研究的高校报刊征订系统，是运用计算机管理系统来解决目前本人在读的山东青年政治学院的报刊征订工作中出现的问题。
本文首先介绍的论文的选题背景以及目前对于此系统国内外研究的现状，阐述了系统实现的意义和价值，然后分析了开发该系统的可行性，并在此基础上，通过业务流程图、功能结构图等对系统进行了需求分析。在明确了系统的具体的需求以后，对系统的功能进行设计，超级管理员主要包括教师信息管理，管理员信息管理，院系信息管理，报刊信息管理，以及报刊征订具体信息的管理模块，管理员主要包括教师信息管理和征订审核模块，教师主要报刊订阅报刊模块，最重要的是系统的登录模块，通过登录验证可以判断用户的角色，以及是否能使用本系统。在数据库设计方面，通过E-R图和数据库表来进行设计和开发。
Abstract
University Newspaper subscription system studied in this article is the application of using computer management system in order to solve the problem of newspapers and periodical subscriptions in Shandong Youth University of Political Science, which is the university I am currently studying.
In the first place, this article introduces the paper’s topic selection background,
describes the research status of the system domestic and abroad, and states the significance and value of the system’s implementation. In addition, this article analyzes the feasibility of developing the system, and based on that,the article also analyzes the system’s requirement through business process diagrams, and functional structure diagrams, etc. After clarified the system’s requirements, we start design the system functions, the super administrator including teacher information management, information management for administrators, faculty’s information management, information management for newspapers and the module specific information for subscriptions management,administrator mainly include teachers’ information management and the module of audit and subscription, and the major newspaper subscriptions module for teachers. The most important part of the system is the login authentication module, users’ roles can be verified through the login authentication, and it could be also be determined that whether they can use the system or not by the login authentication. The database design and development is based on the E-R diagram and database tables.

随着高等教育的普及，高校招生数量越来越多，开设专业也越来越多，如何进行有效的教学管理是高校普遍面临的问题[1]。然而作为学校每年必不可少的重要工作之一的报刊征订工作，由于报刊种类越来越繁杂，价格也各不相同，征订人员也越来越多，使本来就麻烦工作变得更加复杂，给报刊征订工作带来了巨大的压力。目前我校采用的报刊征订方式主要包括以下几步：
