居民房地产消费研究特征(附件)【字数:11454】
随着社会经济的发展,南通市2018年的GDP为8427亿元,比2017年的7750亿元大约增长了9.2%。而伴随着GDP的飞速增长,南通市房地产行业的发展也犹如过江龙一般势不可挡,总投资额达到了532亿元,增长率接近22.7%,前景一片大好。作为国家百年计划“长三角一体化”发展的第一城市群内的南通市,吸引了越来越多人们的目光。本文从以下三个方面进行研究(1)南通市居民房地产的消费特征有哪些;(2)识别影响南通市消费者购房行为的因素有哪些;(3)哪些因素不影响南通市消费者购房。综上所述,从而了解南通市居民房地产消费的大体特征,为南通市房地产行业提供真实有效的依据。本文的研究,虽然得到了南通市居民房地产消费的大体特征,但是却有着一定的局限性,所以本人认为在将来的居民房地产消费的特征调查中,应该扩大调查范围,增加样本数量,只有这样得出的研究结果才更具客观性,为南通市以及中国房地产消费研究做出更加准确的贡献。

Abstract
With the development of social economy, the GDP of Nantong in 2018 was 842.7 billion RMB, an increase of 9.2% compared with 775 billion RMB in 2017.With the rapid growth of GDP, the development of the Real Estate Industry in Nantong is also overwhelming. The total investment reached 53.2 billion RMB, with a growth rate of nearly 22.7%.
As the first city group in the national centennial plan of "Yangtze river delta integration" development, Nantong has attracted more and more peoples attention. This paper will carry out a systematic study of Nantong residents real estate consumption through following aspects:(1)Theconsumption characteristics of Nantong residents real estate;(2)To identify the factors that affect the purchase behavior of consumers in Nantong;(3)Which factors do not affect the purchase of flats by Nantong consumers.To sum up, we can understand the general characteristics of residents real estate consumption in Nantong, moreover, to provide a real and effective basis for the Real Estate Industry in Nantong to develop Nantongs Real Estate Industry.
Although the research of this paper has achieved Nantong general characteristics of residents housing consumption, it has some limitations, so I think in the future, the characteristics of the residents housing consumption survey should expand the scope of the investigation, increase the number of samples.Only in this way, research results can be more objective and make more accurate contributions to Nantongs real estate consumer research.
