论工程量清单计价形式与合同价款方式在工程中的应用(附件)【字数：10210】
摘 要本文介绍了工程量清单计价的基本概念和意义，并介绍了关于工程成本管理方面的方法和应用。合同价款是指卖方在合同下正确履行其义务后，卖方应支付的价格。根据分类，合同价款模式分为工程和建设等，本篇论文主要介绍了几种合同价款模式、工程建筑承包价款模式等。采用工程量清单计价，不仅有利于当前中国项目成本系统的改革方向，也有利于调整、统一影响项目成本的所有因素，改善劳动效率，缩短和解周期。按照程序标准化投标操作和工程市场秩序，并将市场整合到符合中国建筑行业要求的市场上。因此，我们需要做好评估数量的工作，提高项目投标的透明度，最大化投资利润。

This paper introduces the basic concept and principle of bill of quantities pricing. Bill of quantities pricing is a new price setting mode and the theory and method of project *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: &351916072&
cost management. The contract price refers to the price payable by the seller after the seller correctly performs its obligations under the contract. According to the classification, the contract price model is divided into engineering and construction, etc. This paper mainly introduces several contract price models, engineering, construction contract price models, etc.
Adopting the bill of quantities pricing is not only beneficial to the reform direction of the current project cost system in China, but also to the adjustment and unification of all factors affecting the project cost, the improvement of labor efficiency and the shortening of reconciliation cycle. Standardize bidding operation and engineering market order according to procedures, and integrate the market into the market that meets the requirements of Chinas construction industry. Therefore, we need to do a good job in evaluating the quantity, improving the transparency of project bidding and maximizing the investment profit.

（一）研究意义
自2003年7月1日的“03标准”实施以来，中国的技术成本从基于预算分配的以往的价格决定方法变更为基于量的账单的国际接受的价格决定方法。经过多年的实践和理论堆集，它堆集了珍贵的履历，并取得了丰富的结果。在实行过程中还会有不足，所以为了改善数量的价格法案的工作，部门分配部的成立于2006年开始，并组织了相关单位和专家。2008年7月9日，住宅和城市农村开发省发布了63年的数据，发布了《建立工程工程量清单计价标准》GB 505002008（以下简称“08标准”）[1]，并于2008年12月1日实施。“08标准”的导入对于安定量的价格改革法案的成果，进一步标准化量的价格行动法案具有重大意义。
1980年代改革开放以来，中国在工程建设领域经历了一系列变化到目前为止，形成了项目法律责任人制度、投标制度、建设监督系统、合同管理系统一个基本的法律系统起着从不同的视角构建有形的建设市场硬件的作用[2]。但是缺乏项目成本管理改革的建设系统改革尚不成熟，缺乏触及然后，成为建设市场的灵魂。工程造价办理是用经济手段办理建筑市场的基础性事情。对保护建筑市场的健康发展起到了踊跃的感化。这是因为价格总是市场的重要部分价格机制是市场机制的重要组成部分，项目成本改革方案建设市场建设不是一个健全的程序。
