【Abstract】Video editing is an indispensable part of film and television art. It appeared at the historic moment of the development of film and television. 1、产业现状
国外:以美国,欧洲为主的后期行业起步早于国内,发展也较为迅猛,并且在电影制作中占据着一大重要地位。欧美电影的发展异常迅猛。给这个老虎插上翅膀的是影视后期制作行业。影视行业的迅猛发展带动着影视后期产业高速发展，直至形成如今工业光魔，维塔数码，帧存储，双重否定等巨头公司并存的行业顶尖特效层级。
国内：中国电影起步与欧美相比比较晚，但是近二十年发展迅速。在国家政策和许许多多电影人的不懈努力的推动下，中国电影也在持续高速发展。电影产业的发展同样带动影视后期产业的发展。目前以北京，浙江，湖南，上海，陕西为第一梯队的影视制作强省形成国内影视制作的最高层级。但是后期制作仍然是我国影视工业的一大“软肋”国内后期特效水平始终无法与欧美顶尖后期水平相提并论。因此给了许多外国特效制作的机会，许多国外知名后期公司来华开设分公司，即使报价高昂，仍然深受财大气粗的制片方的喜爱。而资金没有那么充足的制片方会使用“游击战术”对影片的后期进行流水式的拼接，最终效果仍然不尽人意
市场需求
在国外顶级特效电影称霸荧屏，顶级特效技术领跑世界。国内特效电影质量良莠不齐，特效制作水平尚待提高的大背景下，提升电影特效质量，发展特效技术就变得尤为重要。近两年国内对于高端特效电影的呼声日益高涨，加上近两年国内高端特效电影《战狼2》《流浪地球》巨大成功，预示着国产电影对于高端特效的需求必将越来越大

（一）素材的工艺处理
（1）素材的来源及问题：在互联网高速发展的今天，信息的来源变得更加的多样。但是有利也有弊，素材的质量也良莠不齐。主要问题表现在视频格式多样，压缩格式多样，素材分辨率不同，素材质量良莠不齐，部分素材带有难以去除的水印，素材版权归属问题等等。
