内容1Abstract 2引言3设计背景4设计风格5（一）影视剪辑的市场需求6（二）短片的主题7（三）短片的来源8具体实现9 (一)影视前期制作10 (二)影视中期制作11 (三)影视后期制作12 小结13谢辞13参考文献13附录14短片设计——宣传片设计《风云四十年-小岗村》内容短片设计是电影艺术和电视艺术相结合的艺术，是一门有镜头说话的艺术，它是集电脑技术、数字技术和媒体艺术创意于一体的综合艺术。被广泛应用于广告制作和电视节目制作等。本课题通过利用包括Adobe Premiere等在内的短片设计类软件，完成《短片设计——风云四十年-小岗村短片设计》作品，巩固和应用所学知识，体验短片设计的完整流程和实际需求。 短片设计是一种特殊的处理方式，利用高科技与数字化处理集一体的综合艺术。我的短片以小岗村为题来展开，讲述的是18位小岗农民在村长严宏昌的带领下按下了历史性转折的红手印，签订“大包干”关乎生死契约将土地承包到户。在现代化科技的带领下，人的生活节奏也越来越快，历史是适合慢慢的去寻找去发现去欣赏。小岗村是中国历史重要转折点更是改革开放的先行者，他们的故事写入了历史的课本成为人们家喻户晓的美谈，从此小岗村人摆脱了饥饿和贫穷，小岗村也被称为“改革第一村”。40年来，，小岗村的发展是中国农村改革开放的一面镜子，不断见证着我国农村关键领域的改革。而我便用Pr这软件来记录这一美好的瞬间，让记忆可以停留，在历史中有迹可寻，它们是小岗村历史发展的见证。

Short film design is a special way of processing, using hightech and digital processing integrated art. My short film to xiaogang village as the title to start, about 18 xiaogang farmers led by the village chief yan hongchang pressed the historic turning of the red handprint, signed a "big dry" related to life and death contract to contract land to households. And I use Pr software to record this beautiful moment, so that memory can stay, in the history of trace, they are the witness of the historical development of Xiaogang Village.

一、引言
影视短片《风云四十年小岗村》主要讲述的是凤阳县小岗村近四十年的发展历程。18位农民按下红手印的村民成为改革开放的先行者，他们的故事写入了历史的课本成为人们家喻户晓的美谈，小岗村人从此摆脱了饥饿和贫穷，小岗村也被称为“改革第一村”。近40年以来，小岗村的发展是中国农村改革开放的一面镜子，不断见证着我国农村关键领域的改革。通过Pr这部软件有效的记录历史，使的更多的人认识和了解到小岗村，明白“泥巴房、泥巴床，泥巴囤里没有粮，一日三餐喝稀汤，正月出门去逃荒。”“凤阳地多不打粮，磙子一住就逃荒。只见凤阳女出嫁，不见新娘进凤阳”。这一段历史，使我们更有前进的功力，十一届三中全会的召开，邓小平提出了中国改革开放的路程。邓小平对安徽的包产到户给予肯定，使安徽农村家庭联产承包责任制改革走出困境。1982年1月，中央印发《全国农村工作会议纪要》，肯定“包产到户、包干到户”都是社会主义集体经济的责任制。此后，家庭联产承包责任制在全国迅速推广。记住这一伟大的历史转折点。现在信息时代网络的发展更加快速，要加快步伐，更上时代。
