摘要
礼仪主持人,主要从事庆典活动、展览仪式、婚丧寿庆等活动的主持、与主办方协调工作。这一正在蓬勃发展的职业,没有系统的、正规的评价准则,而且这一工作在部分人看来简单,动动嘴就可以。再者以笔者的工作经验来说,商业活动中:凡是中型公司、集团、商贸中心、大型团队每年至少需要召开一次年终总结会议,再加上部分公司会有春季新品展销会、夏季新品展销会、培训会、客户答谢会等等,现在中国最不缺的就是企业,从而就会有开不完的会议,在婚丧寿庆这一方面来说,据第六次人口普查数据显示:中国现在城市居住人口为77116万人,每一百城市人口中有一个开生日宴会的话,一年将有会700万场生日宴,而且这个数据正在不断的增加。另外,据山东婚庆人联合会统计,2015年10月26日是个好日子,济南市在当天共同走进婚礼殿堂的一共有3200对。所以说,每年这个行业产生的利益都是一块不小的蛋糕。正是因为这样种种的原因,使得好多人都盯上了这个蛋糕。然而,在这些人中,有相当一部分人是不符合礼仪主持人的需求的,礼仪主持人最本职的工作就是每一场活动都会有一个主题,礼仪主持人作为一个纽带,一个整个宴会的把控者,要时刻紧扣本次活动的主题,引导观众达成今天活动主办方给出的预期目标。这就需要礼仪主持人在台上、台下的不断努力,不断积累、不断沉淀。在舞台上用适当的语言将活动的主题讲述的丰富多彩、将活动的主办方要表达的目的表达的淋漓尽致、将来宾引导到你要传达给他们的语境中去。一种意思,可以用不同的话,用直接或者间接的方式表达,但是给人的感觉是不同的,同样,反馈出来的效果也是截然不同的,这就是一种语言的艺术,就需要礼仪主持人合理的运用语言。
笔者写这篇研究论文的目的就在于在现有文献以及笔者自身的工作经历中所遇到的实际问题进行分析、归纳。针对于礼仪主持人在工作过程中对于语言的运用方面进行一个简单的整理、总结,为礼仪主持人工作中语言的运用提供一些参考,方便从业者对于语言把控能力的提升。

礼仪主持人从事的行业就是与礼仪有关的,在礼仪主持人的日常工作中就是要用自己的语言完美的表达主办方交给的任务以及整场活动想要表达的主题、想要传达给大家的思想。有的语言可以引导人;有的语言却可以误导人。所以说,在工作中,怎么合理的、完美的运用语言,是礼仪主持人都要具备的基本能力。
礼仪主持人前景广阔,就业平台广泛,就业机会多,若是想在千军万马中杀出重围,名利双收,就要有良好的语言基础,在活动过程中妙语连珠,锦上添花。所以,语言艺术是我们每个想要做一名合格的、优秀的主持人所要必须追求的事情。
一、礼仪主持人追根溯源
(一)礼仪主持人的由来
在中国古代,从西周开始,设立了众多官职,每个官职第一个字多为“司”。例如:司空、司马、司徒、大司农、司直、司寇、司膳、司士、司裘、司会、司刑、司账、司宾、司仪。各个岗位各司其职,才能维持好一个王朝。其中最后两个就是我们现在通常所说的礼仪主持人的最初原型。据史料记载,“司宾”是北周最初设立的主要负责国家对外的一些重大交际事宜等,例如外国使节来访、皇家祭祀等等,都需要司宾来协调。后来,在唐代时期该属于为唐代内宫官职之一,属于唐代尚仪局管辖,主要掌管的是外国使节到访的欢迎仪式,本国宾客朝见皇帝,皇室重大庆祝仪式,例如生日宴、庆功宴等等。“司仪”,据 西周周公旦所著的《周礼》中有一个介绍是这样定位这一古代官职的:“司仪掌九仪之宾客、摈相之礼,以诏仪容、辞令、揖让之节。”也就是说,古代“司仪”这一官职,掌管的是古代迎接九品宾客的傧相之礼,也就是说,在古代有重大纪念日,或者是重要的仪式,古代“司仪”要在当天负责接待、陪伴、集合所有的宾客。在古代,“司仪”和“司宾”就是现代礼仪主持人的最初原型。
