摘 要
随着电视走进千家万户，越来越多的人知道了主持人这个职业，也更多的人了解到了播音主持专业。发展文化产业的同时，播音主持这门艺术也受到人们的广泛关注与热爱。对于大多数人的理解，主持人的工作单单是站在荧幕前进行有声语言的表达。而随着电视节目的日益蓬勃发展，以及节目形式的千变万化、收视率的高要求，越来越多的主持人并不是进行单一的工作任务，而是行成了“主持人中心制”。
本论文所研究的以“主持人中心制”构建创客类节目，通过“主持人中心制”的起源与发展，来让大家了解和认识“主持人中心制”；对于“主持人中心制”的具体分析，如何才能形成这样的模式；“主持人中心制”成功案例分析，通过具体节目直观了解到“主持人中心制”在节目中是什么样的形式和地位；“主持人中心制”的出现，紧接着会出现实施战略和对策问题，如何去应对和解决；具体模块具体分析，可以更加直观清楚地了解到什么是“主持人中心制”。
在本论文中，首先展开了“主持人中心制”国内外现象讲述，执行“主持人中心制”的前提条件以及优势解剖，国内外节目的个体案例、着重对创客类节目《一锤定音》进行分析，了解“主持人中心制”在节目中起到了顺利执行的辅助作用、稳定节目风格的作用、节目创新的作用。
对于现在节目形式的日益增加，收视率的高度重视，越来越多新颖节目出现在观众的视线当中，节目与节目之间形成了相互竞争的对立关系，所以出现了“主持人中心制”，让主持人具备采、编、播为一体的多能性人才，更好的为节目服务，与节目融为一体，创造出更加优秀受观众喜爱的节目。

如今我们对主持人的理解以及认识，可能只是停留在台前主持人驾驭演播室以及现场的形象当中。主持人难道只会“说话”？一位优秀的主持人仅仅只会站在台前“说话”，缺少了鲜明的节目形象，主持人中心制可以让主持人深入台前幕后，了解参与一档节目的制作到播出的每个环节，主持人与节目应当融合在一起，而主持人中心制可以恰巧的做二者的桥梁，了解节目才能做好一档节目，所以，随之主持人中心制的出现可以让观众看到一档优秀的节目。
（二）国内外研究现状
翻阅了一些与主持人相关的著作，发现对于主持人中心制这个内容是少之又少，几乎是空缺内容。查阅了相关网站，中国知网上有相关类似文章，比如实现主持人中心制的感受，浅析主持人中心制对节目的影响，以一种宽泛的形式对于主持人中心制做了一个总结，但缺少了实质性的具体问题，比如主持人中心制主持人都做了哪些工作？诸如此类的细节点并不明确。如今学术界对于主持人中心制的研究为空缺部分，但这是个值得研究以及探讨的问题，我将通过国内外现已存在主持人中心制的节目典例分析，以及一档自身接触的“创客类”节目为具体分析，展开对主持人中心制可能性的相关论述。

“主持人中心制”起源于西方，“在60年代左右，美国哥伦比亚公司创立的新闻类节目《60分钟》”[6]，由沃尔特克朗凯特.丹拉瑟主持的这档节目《60分钟》采用了“主持人中心制”，一直沿用到现在被广泛使用。
（二）中国电视产业对“主持人中心制”的探索之路
“从1993年，《一丹话题》的节目呈现在观众面前，由敬一丹主持此节目,中国电视产业才刚刚开始出现了“主持人中心制”，随着中国电视日益成熟，越来越多的节目呈现在观众眼前，收视率不得不受到大家的关注，主持人也变得家喻户晓，有着明星一样的光环，也让主持人注意到了自己对节目的重要性,一档节目受喜爱的欢迎程度，一大部分取决了自己”[2]。所以说电视台开始模仿学习“主持人中心制”，将这种新颖模式防到节目中，“过了7年左右，也就是21世纪初，“主持人中心制”越来越多的运用到了节目中,在许多节目中都可以看到“主持人中心制”的身影”[6]。
