ABSTRACT
Chinas Broadcasting and hosting arts from scratch, is to become an independent subject, the theoretical framework of independent research category, which has clear characteristics of the National Radio and television broadcasting system, one of the "broadcast by a gilded signboard" in Colleges and universities; as a student, whether it is academic assessment or self - evaluation, it is no doubt that the performance of professional reporting is successful. In the hospital with four years of professional broadcasting career learning gave me a four valuable performance experience, from the audience to the

rformance of professional reporting is successful. In the hospital with four years of professional broadcasting career learning gave me a four valuable performance experience, from the audience to the director to the actor, each change of identity has given me a different experience, how to summarize the experience of implementation of the "expert" in the concert stage, eventually opening a perfect and has the characteristics of the broadcast performance report, and the next is my every broadcast with an ideal place for the students.
Based on the relevant research results in academic circles, with beautiful institute as an example, the innovation of previous broadcast professional performance reporting experiences and shortages, and puts forward the performance report worth looking forward to the future key point, and for broadcasting professional learning specific ideas about the feasible development strategy and promotion space. The theory of teaching and research university professional broadcasting chelseagreat; reference to the next practice of the professional colleges and universities report performance, especially in the content selection, the stage design has guiding significance.

随着近几年不断加深的艺考热，播音专业逐渐走进大众视野，以开办播音专业汇报演出为例，分析如何增强汇报演出参演人员的艺术表现力以及专业舞台立体化呈现，同时内容更多与学生就业形势以及趋势接轨，提升内容丰富度,使院校播音影响范围逐渐扩大,展现自己独具特色的专业魅力。
本论文在前人的研究基础之上，从“播音汇报演出”着手，更多的从汇报演出形式、舞台包装、节目内容呈现三个角度出发，根据当下播音专业就业背景以及人才需求多样化，全面探究汇报演出表现形式，重点针对演出形式、舞台包装、节目内容的创新点着手，克服“人云亦云”盲目演出计划，形成事例化特色分析。

(一)艺术类专业所需
“我国播音专业教育从零开始到现在初具规模,历经半个多世纪迅速发展成为一个独立的边缘交叉学科,首先从专业特性上来看,播音作为一门综合性专业,有它自己独特的学科特点,注重专业综合能力培养,小到吐字归音口型训练，大到形体塑造肢体语言，无一不考虑专业能力。”因此在实践教学中,汇报演出无疑是一个全方位展现学生专业技能、检验专业学习能力的较好途径,同时在汇报演出整体筹备阶段,锻炼了大家策划整理以及团队整体沟通协调能力,实现“所学即所用”将课堂搬到实践当中去,无论从人才配培养还是教学方法提高方面都可谓一举两得;其次从人才需求市场上来看,特别是电台电视台
