就业心理影响因素调查与分析
近年来随着高校毕业生越来越多，大学生面临的一个严峻的问题就是就业。而现在经济的环境不好，加之当前金融危机的影响，毕业生的就业受到前所未有的挑战。对大学毕业生来说面临最多的是“就业、择业和创业”。然而对于刚接触这些的大学生而言都是有点打得有些措手不及，加之现在激烈的就业形势，随即而来的是大学生不同的就业心理。现在大学生就业是每个毕业生所担心的。当前激烈的就业竞争环境使大学生毕业前心理压力较过去有明显增大，就容易出现“高不成，低不就”现象，并产生偏执、幻想、自卑等心理问题。一方面，大学毕业生面临着学校学业方面的心理压力。另一方面，毕业大学生还要面临就业方面的巨大压力，这也是毕业大学生主要原因。本课题将对学生在就业时遇到的各种问题利用SPSS中的相关分析、假设检验分析以及多元回归分析的方法分析。这次调查主要是为了毕业生能够更好的了解就业心理影响因素。从而以更好的心态面对就业与毕业。

Abstract
In recent years, with more and more college graduates, a serious problem of college students is facing employment. And now the economic environment is not good, coupled with the current financial crisis, the employment of graduates has been hitherto unknown challenge. For college graduates facing the most is the "employment, employment and entrepreneurship". However, just contact for these college students are playing some fierce now and be taken by surprise, the employment situation, then it is the employment psychology of different college students. Now every graduate employment of college students is worried about. The fierce competition in the employment environment to the graduates psychological pressure than in the past has obvious Increases, it is easy to have a "high, not low" phenomenon, and paranoia, fantasy, selfesteem and other psychological problems. On the one hand, college graduates are facing the schools psychological pressure. On the other hand, graduate students also face enormous pressure of employment, which is also the main reason why college students. The subject of graduation the correlation analysis in SPSS based on various problems encountered in the Soviet Institute of student employment, analysis hypothesis analysis and multiple regression. The investigation is mainly to Su institute graduates to better understand the employment psychological factors.In order to better face the employment and graduation.
