当前社会环境下垃圾短信现状及其预防的调查研究

在经济日益增长、科学技术迅猛发展的今天，人们越来越离不开手机。手机已经成为继报纸、电视、电台、网络后我们生活中必不可少的通讯工具，被称之为“第五媒体”。人们在享受着科技进步带来便利的同时却也受到手机垃圾短信带来的困扰普遍感受到反映垃圾短信已经开始严重影响正常的生活和工作，铺天盖地的广告信息、中奖骗局、不良恶作剧在信息时代滋生蔓延。而我国就目前来说还并未消除垃圾短信在信息全球化以及科技发展中产生的矛盾。由此引发了一系列关于防治垃圾短信的思考。本文针对上述情况，通过调查法，了解当前社会环境下垃圾短信在民众中的真实情况，分析了垃圾类短信的 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ￥351916072￥
分布、产生原因及危害，最后给出了垃圾短信防治措施及建议。

Research on the prevention of spam messages

Abstract：With the rapid science and economic development today people are increasing. Mobile phones have become an indispensable communication tool after newspaper、television、radio and Internet in our lives, called "fifth media". People feel a delicacy about the spam messages while enjoying the convenience that technological progress. And a great deal of people reflect that the spam messages affected the persons lives and works serious. Overspreading advertising information hoax of lottery and undesirable prank are propagated in the Information Age . From a national perspective ?that the contradiction of spam messages which cause of globalization and the information technology development cannot be eliminated . Thus, a series of thinking about preventing spam messages are initiated . Aim at the situation said circumstances with investigation methods, we learn about the real situation about spam messages in the current society and analyzed the distribution of spam messages , causes and hazard . Finally, its some measures and recommendations for spam messages to be prevented.

引言
随着社会发展及移动通信的普及，随之而来产生了一类现象——短信垃圾。所谓垃圾短信，是指凡用户没有定制过的包含有欺骗、色情等内容并且是用外地手机或小灵通为发送号码的短信，均为垃圾短信。[1]垃圾短信大体上可以分为四类，
第一类：是“骚扰型”，多是一些无聊的恶作剧：
第二类：是“欺诈型”，此类短信多是想骗取用户的钱财，如中奖信息；
第三类：非法广告短信，如出售黑车、违法办证之类；
