推动架的工艺及组合夹具的设计(附件)
在现代生产中,机床夹具作为机床的一部分已成为机械加工中不可缺少的工艺装备。在工件生产批量较大时,除了考虑工件加工精度外我们还需要考虑到生产率和经济性问题,所以常常采用组合夹具为零件的工序而设计的夹具进行工件的装夹。组合夹具其特点是操作简便,通用性比较的强。在产品相对稳定、批量较大的生产中,常用各种组合夹具,可获得较高的生产率和加工精度。本设计给定的设计零件是推动架,它的主要作用是将从电动机传来的旋转运动通过偏心轮杠杆使推动架绕其轴心线摆动,以实现工作台的自动进给。在充分分析零件的基础上,确定加工各工序的基准,编制出了加工工艺过程卡、加工工序卡,绘制二维装配图、零件图及毛坯图、利用三维绘图软件绘制三维装配体。本次我们共对零件设计了4套组合夹具:铣Ф27上端面组合夹具、铣Ф35左端面组合夹具、铣宽度6mm槽组合夹具、钻下端Ф16孔组合夹具,设计合理,操作简便,为零件的加工提供强有力的保障。关键词 组合夹具,推动架,工艺,工序,4套目 录

Title Promoting technology and modular fixture frame design
Abstract
In modern production, jigs and fixtures as part of the machining tool has become indispensable process equipment. Workpiece production volume is large, in addition to considering the workpiece machining accuracy outside, we also need to consider productivity and economic issues, so often used in combination as part of a step fixture designed fixture workpiece clamping. Modular fixture which is characterized by easy operation, versatility is strong. The product is relatively stable, large-volume production, commonly used in various combinations fixture, obtain higher productivity and precision.
The design of a given unit is designed to promote the aircraft, its main role is coming from the rotation of the motor through the eccentric lever so that push frame about its axis swing to achieve automatic table feed. In the full analysis of the part based on the benchmarking process each step, the preparation of the machining process card, process card processing, drawing two-dimensional assembly, parts map and blank map, using three-dimensional graphics software to draw three-dimensional assembly. This time we total of parts designed four sets of modular fixture: end combinations jig milling Ф27, milling Ф35 left side modular fixture, milling width 6mm groove combination jig, drill the lower end Ф16 hole modular fixture, reasonable design, simple operation, as part of processing to provide strong protection.
