Abstract：The thesis is focus on the investigation system about service demand in hightech enterprises in Fairy town. Through the system, the circumstances about hightech enterprises can be invested. To understanding the situation about technological innovation in hightech enterprises in the Fairy town and concretely analyze the service demand of technological innovation in hightech enterprises. The thesis firstly analyzes the background and significance about the service demand of the innovation in investigated enterprises, and introduces the technology which is used in the system. Then deeply analyzes the demand of investigation platform about the service demand in hightech enterprises, and describes the overall design of system as well as analysis and design of database in details.

随着计算机技术与网络技术的不断发展与完善，电子信息产业的飞速发展,信息技术水平的不断提高,电子政务在我国各级政府得到了广泛的应用,使越来越多的科技工作者从繁重的资料收集和整理中解放出来,提高了当地区政府办公效率。同时为了提高地区科技局办公的效率,许多地区的科技局也采用了科技企业管理服务系统对科技企业进行管理和服务，如广州市高新技术企业认定系统和山西省科学技术厅网上业务平台,都在科技企业服务管理方面做了有益的尝[1]。仙女镇现有的面向科技企业服务需求调查手段不能满足仙女镇科技产业调查的需要，信息化水平有待提升，开发科技企业服务需求调查平台实现仙女镇科技企业服务管理网络化和数字化，对于提升仙女镇自主创新能力和发展仙女镇科技产业的发展起到了积极的推进作用。
