【Abstract】
After the 12th five-year plan, implementation of relevant policies to speed up the development of new wall materials, and so did the baking-free brick machine sales boom, in this age of new town construction development, due to the improvement of national quality and environmental protection concept deeply rooted, *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: 3_5_1_9_1_6_0_7_2
all sorts of baking-free brick are gradually replace the traditional brick, to become new building materials.
Because of peoples cognition of green environmental protection concept is more and more high, the development of green environmental protection wall materials also got the support of the country, then baking-free brick machine arises at the historic moment, and in this pace plays an increasingly important role.Also pushed the baking-free brick machine to better development path, has become an important leading role of new wall materials production.In traditional red brick withdrew from the historical stage, this development has many advantages, such as;
First, the red brick of exit, reduce the loss of land resources.
Second, new wall materials raw materials of environmental protection to save money.
Third, dont need to burn coal in the process of production and discharge of poisonous gas, only natural air, energy conservation and emissions reduction effect is obvious.
Fourth, high efficiency, large output.
This paper mainly introduces QT4-26 type baking-free brick machine (block) manufacturing process and production process.

引言
QT4-26型砌块成型机，是现在世面上常见的小型砌块成型机。该机器可以通过更换不同的模具达到生产建筑用环保砌块的目的。该机器使用原料广泛如粉煤灰、炉渣、水泥、石子和各种工业废料等都可作为生产原料。该机器安装简便易操作，只需与输送带和搅拌机连接即可组成简易生产线。机器采用小型台振加上振动的方式生产砌块，控制部分采用半自动加人工控制。工作可靠，便于维修。砌块生产采用振动布料，上下振捣成型，砌块成型速度快，密度好，强度高。推拉模采用电击控制进出，劳动强度低生产效率高。有电动及手动放料两种方式可供选择。模具的升降、砌块成型到位，振动力度大生产产品紧密结实，设备运行精确，误操作损坏的可能性低。
一、砌块成型机
砌块成型机是生产建筑砌块的专用机器。该机器可利用粉煤灰、炉渣及各种沙石与水泥等物料按一定比例混合，通过更换模具从而生产各种环保建筑砌块、多孔砖等建筑用料。具体实物见图1-1

砌块成型机在我国的发展相对于国外来说比较晚，20世纪中后期我国生产建筑类的生产机械化程度很低。随着改革开放和国家对建筑行业的越来越重视，以砌块成型机为首的各类生产建筑机械迎来了迅猛发展的时期，随着国外先进生产技术的流入以及国内企业的不断创新，我国生产出了多种适应我国国情的砖瓦生产设备，如：砌块成型机、水泥砖机等。
随着我国机械行业技术的日益成熟，传统的土烧红砖渐渐被更为先进和环保的砌块及免烧砖所代替，进入了免烧砖机时代，建材机械行业的蓬勃发展带动了生产技术的发展，砌块也由原来的单一品种向多样化发展。同时为了应对各种不同的场合其功能也在日趋完善，由此，振动砌块成型机也开始发展起来，为我国新型墙体材料的发展带来了一次新的革命。
砌块成型机在国内外的发展现状
砌块成型机作为一种方便快捷的建筑材料生产设备被广泛应用于各种建筑场合及建材供应商。我们日常所接触到的各种房屋、工地的建设都与其有着密切的联系。
控制电路采用220V低压控制并设有热继电器作为保护电路，通过按钮控制交流接触器线圈从而控制交流接触器触点动作继而而控制电机完成生产过程。控制电路如图 2-14所示。
配料比不当，定位销不同高；定位后不再振动；模箱上余料没清楚干净；减振弹簧不同高或断裂。
