在我国高等教育与不断改革的今天，培养学生的实践和创新能力就成为了教育改革的重中之重。在进入新世纪以来，随着全国高校的招生规模的扩大，学生人数的不断增加，对学生的成绩和基础信息管理难度也随之加大。然而学校过去的传统的，手工的，纸面的教学管理方法已经不能满足教学需求和解决一些教学问题。传统的学生管理方法存在工作量大，致使管理人员工作速度慢，效率低下，和学生成绩信息保密性差等问题，对学校的管理产生了众多的可为困难。因而学校迫切需要对学校的管理进行改革。
随着高新技术的不断发展和计算机的广泛应用，致使他们在人们生活的各个方面有着越来越重要的影响。学生成绩管理信息系统有利于高校教学质量的提高的原因是因为它有着众多传统管理手段多不具备的优点，它有着工作量大，处理信息速度快，保存便捷，和保密性好的优点，为现代教学的发展解决了许多问题，促使高校的教育管理向自动化、网络化、个性化、规范化和高效化的方向发展。
本文根据学生成绩管理信息系统在国内外发展的状况和出现一些问题，基于山东青年政治学院设计与实现了高校成绩管理信息系统。系统的主要功能是对各种信息的增、删、改、查，运用java语言进行主程序的编写，在系统主要根据学生学号、班级进行查询。
ABSTRACT
In our countrys higher education and the continuous reform, the cultivation of students practice and innovation ability has become the most important of the education reform. Since entering the new century, with the expansion of the enrollment scale of the national colleges and universities, the number of students is increasing, and the difficulty of the management of students achievements and basic information will be increased. However, the schools traditional, manual, paper-based teaching management method has been unable to meet the teaching needs and solve some teaching problems. The traditional student management method has the heavy workload, causes the management personnel to work the speed is slow, the efficiency is low, and the student achievement information security difference and so on the question, has produced the many to the school management to be difficult. Therefore, schools need to reform the management of the school.
With the development of high technology and the wide use of computers, they have more and more important influence in all aspects of peoples lives. Student performance management information system to improve the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities is because it has the advantages of many traditional management method has not. It has a heavy workload, information processing speed, convenient storage, and the advantages of good security, for the development of modern teaching solves the problems, to promote the education management in Colleges and universities to develop in the direction of automation, networking, personalized, standardized and efficient.
In this paper, according to the status and problems of the development of student achievement management information system at home and abroad, based on the design and implementation of the Shandong Youth Political College, the academic performance management information system. The main function of the system is all kinds of information to add, delete, change, check, the use of Java language for the main program written in the system mainly according to the student ID, class query.
