对于企业财务收支管理来说，传统的手工记账方式过程复杂，效率低下，容易出错，现代企业财务，数据量大，利用手工记账已经不能满足现在企业的要求。随着计算机科学的进步，计算机已经逐渐代替传统的手工记账，与手工记账相比，计算机具有诸多优点：方便、快捷、高效、不易出错、直观，并且利用计算机管理企业，可以整合企业中各个部门的数据，通过对比，分析可以帮助企业家对企业进行全面的评估，找到适合本企业的发展道路。
本系统采用的是B/S开发模式，开发环境采用MyEclipse，利用其插件多，集成了很多常用的框架的优点，开发java程序更方便快捷。该数据库是MySQL，
MySQL是一个单进程多线程、支持多用户、基于客户机/服务器的关系数据库管理系统。目前MySQL已经得到了广泛的使用，并成为许多企业首选的关系数据库管理系统。
Abstract
Corporate finance revenue and expenditure management, the traditional way of manual bookkeeping process is complicated, inefficient, error-prone, modern corporate finance, large amount of data, the use of manual bookkeeping has been unable to meet current business requirements . With advances in computer science, computer has been gradually replacing the traditional manual bookkeeping, compared with the manual bookkeeping, computer has many advantages: convenient, fast, efficient, less error-prone, intuitive, and the use of computer management of enterprises, enterprises can integrate data for each sector, by contrast, the analysis can help entrepreneurs to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise, to find the path of development for the enterprise.
The system uses the B / S development model, development environment using MyEclipse, more use of its plug-in that integrates many advantages common framework to develop java program more convenient.The database is MySQL, MySQL is a single process multi-threaded, multi-user, client / server relational database management system.Currently MySQL has been widely used and become the first choice of many enterprises relational database management system.

资金的实质是生产过程中运动着的价值，货币资金转化成实物商品，经过采购原料、生产加工和销售成品三个基本环节，最终又回到货币资金形态，其实物形态依次转化为在产品、产成品，其货币资金转化为非货币资金，又回到货币资金，这一过程循环往复[1]。小微企业的正常运作离不开资金，以前依靠人工管理财务，不仅工作效率低下，而且容易出现错误。电脑的特点就是能快速，准确地处理大量的财务数据，使用小微企业财务收支管理信息系统后就能很好地解决人工管理财务效率低下，容易出现错误等问题。有了小微企业财务收支管理信息系统的帮助，可以为小微企业很好地管理资金的流向，保证小微企业各个部门间的正常运行，因此小微企业财务收支管理信息系统对于小微企业无疑是非常重要的。
