医院预约挂号平台的设计与实现
4门诊挂号，一直以来就是困扰医院提高服务水平的重要环节，特别是医疗水平高、门诊访问量高的综合型医院，门诊拥挤就成了普遍现象。因此，本文提出了医院预约挂号平台。预约挂号，是借助信息化的技术，面向全社会推出的一项医疗卫生便民服务。它旨在节省公众的排队时间，让公众能公平、快捷地获取门诊号源，使患者充分了解医院及专家的基本信息。利用有限的资源和空间为公众提供更优质的服务，缓解社会公众“看病难、排队难”的问题。本文首先介绍预约挂号系统开发的背景、意义、现状和内容，并着重介绍系统的分析、数据库的设计、系统的功能设计以及系统的详细设计过程。本系统采用B/S模式的同时，使用了JSP技术进行页面的设计和功能的实现，后台数据库是基于SQL Server 2008数据库。该系统较为完整的完成了预约挂号系统的各种功能，它的设计实施为医院预约挂号管理工作提供良好的条件。

Abstract： Hospital outpatient registration is always an important part of improving service levels, especially in Comprehensive hospital with high medical standards or a large number of outpatient visits, outpatient crowding has became a common phenomenon. Therefore, this paper proposes the Hospital Appointment Registration Platform. Appointment registration is a convenient health services ，which is use of information technology and orientes to the whole society. It is designed to save people’s time of queuing, and provide the public a fair and efficient access to patient number source, so that patients can fully understand the basic information of hospitals and specialists. And it provides better services for the public with limited resources and space to ease the public issue of " hard to curing and queuing ". This paper firstly introduces background, significance, status and content of the Appointment Registration System development, and then highlights the whole process of system analysis, database design, the function of the system design and the detailed design of the system. The system uses B / S mode, and uses JSP technology for the design and the realization of the functions of the page. Background database is based on SQL Server 2008 database. The system is relatively complete a variety of functions of the Hospital Appointment Registration System, the Design and implementation of it provide good conditions for management of the Hospital Appointment Registration.
