This paper describes the design and development process of an integrated management system for college students campus community. The community management system is implemented by the MVC framework based on JAVAbased J2EE technology, using B/S mode. The browser side uses JQuery, JavaScript, BootStrap and other technologies to implement, the serverside Servlet listens to the browser, and the database uses the MySQL database. The main users of the system have three roles, namely students, presidents and administrators. Students have a list of viewing clubs and community details, keyword search clubs, events and news, apply to join new clubs, apply for new clubs, etc. . The president has the functions of applying for community activities, reviewing applications for admission, modifying community information, viewing member information, and managing community members. The administrator has the functions of insite news management, approval of community activities, approval of community applications, management of community lists, management of community members, and observation of feedback.

在中国，高校学生社团已有一百多年的历史。进入大学时，学生社团多样，但多数采用纸张管理，非常不便。改革开放以来，国富民强，学生的群体不断壮大，简单纸质管理已经不能满足。随着计算机科学的不断发展，我们已经进入信息化时代[1]。人们在计算机网络下已经没有了空间和距离的限制，信息领域也更加广泛。人们大部分是通过网站查询、浏览和搜索而来获取信息。网站为用户提供了更加全面和个性化服务[2]。在此文当中,我们开发了一种社团综合管理系统,具有分类用户、操作简单、界面美观等优点。
1.2 研究现状
随着校园社团的不断发展，社团的数量和种类不断的增加，已经从最开始的几个传统社团发展成为现在这样多姿多彩，形式各异的社团。虽然学校成立了社团联来管理社团的工作，但却没有一个集中的平台让学生们更加深入的了解社团。各种活动也没有统一的宣传渠道，从而导致有些同学没能及时参加社团的招新摆摊，从而错过加入自己喜欢的社团的机会，同时社团活动的申请和宣传还需要繁琐的步骤来进行。通过校园社团综合管理平台，就可以将学校社团集中网络化的平台管理，实现了学生申请、活动申请、社长管理、社团宣传等一系列功能。
1.3 研究目的
本系统的研究目的如下：
（1）实现用户分类管理、活动申请、社团管理、申请审核、活动信息查询等功能。
（2）解决过程中所遇到的若干技术性问题。
（3）建立完整的大学生社团综合管理系统，进行测试并分析结果。
1.4 研究意义
校园社团综合管理平台在今后的社团发展中也有着很重要的作用，在现在这个信息化的时代，互联网的发展，大数据的发展都要求社团管理也需要一个集中的网络平台来进行数据的统计和发布。如今互联网和通信服务已经深入到生活中每一个方面，校园建设也不断数字化和信息化。在校园数字化建设过程中，校园社团综合管理平台也是校园数字化进程中的重要的一部分。在校园数字化建设过程中，社团的信息管理，社团活动的发布和展示已经不仅仅局限在海报栏上，需要一个集中的管理平台，信息发布平台。
