: graduates formally after graduating from school, the first step into the society to the enterprise, the enterprise as the graduates of the second schools, the school awarded to graduates is not only an academic knowledge, more graduates to survive in societys legal system. Graduates in the enterprise, gain life experience and self growth. Graduates of the enterprise is determined by the choice of social cognition and learning graduate degree, the work is their professional students, whether the work environment can harmony, welfare and development prospect is broad and graduates after graduation situation is closely related to this topic will be the 11 major graduates after graduation, life planning, employment concept, employment situation and other aspects of the questionnaire. In our school the student questions for some enterprises and our school enterprise cooperation, cooperation between school and enterprise, the enterprise choice questionnaire. Analysis on the 11 major graduates can not only reflect the students after graduation employment, living condition, actual work ability, and the ability to adapt to society, but also provides a reference for the improvement and development of our college students employment guidance, so the analysis of major graduates has important practical significance. The investigation, hope to be able to seek ways to improve the school, in order to achieve the school and students, enterprise three party benefit, and ultimately enable students to smoothly transition of the society and the school environment.

高素质，高能力的应届毕业生是当代社会企业最需要的，也是当代企业发展的队伍中新的企业血液，已毕业的应届大学生代表着未来社会的发展。培养好人才，以适应社会的生活环境，是学校现阶段的首要任务。首先要了解学生的需求，结合他们的期望，同时要以实际能力为主结合书本知识为辅，形成最适合当代社会需要的人才，最终实现学生个人发展和企业发展的共赢局面。而信管专业毕业生情况分析调查正是可以帮助学校以小见大，完善发展的一个契机。就业问题不仅困扰着大学毕业生，而且也成了企业迫切解决的问题。
二、课题介绍
本次分析的报告是根据我回收的调查问卷为基础的，通过对11级毕业生的问卷调查以及对同学们的访谈和与我校进行校企合作的部分企业家的问卷调查，收集相关数据并归类分析。使用SPSS统计软件，对变量进行频率分析、相关分析、假设检验、多元回归分析，以了解信管专业11级毕业生在完成学业步入社会的情况后上述情况的综合状况，并分析各个变量的分布特点及相互间的关系。
（一）实现目标
1.判断就业规划指导对毕业生的影响
在我校现阶段，学校对大学生设立了就业指导的课程，而在最后的毕业中毕业生就业指导课程实际对毕业生择业观的能否造成影响，以及毕业生的就业情况与就业规划的关系，如果通过业生情况分析调查能发现有关系，则可以根据关系完善现有的就业规划体系，改善学校的就业指导，提高毕业生的就业率，为毕业生毕业后的生活情况提供一份可靠的保障。
2.找出毕业生与企业之间的主要问题
大学生就业问题一直是每个学校的所要在毕业季去面临的问题，能否找到合适的工作，或是继续深造，对毕业生的未来有着非常重要的决定，通过信管专业毕业生情况分析调查就会找出问题的所在或存在的原因，以便更好的解决问题。对于企业来说，在毕业季时能否找到企业需要的人才和在今后挖掘出对企业有利益贡献的人才对是关键的时期。通过这样的问卷调查既能加强与毕业生所在学校的联系又能了解到毕业生实际需求，从而改善企业的制度和提高人才的吸纳。
