web的中小企业办公系统
１论文首先分析了办公自动化系统的国内外研究状况，讨论了办公系统的可行性，遵循实用性、易用性、安全性、可扩展性原则，为中小型企业提供一套高效的办公解决方案，并给出了系统的体系结构设计。系统采用基于Web的MVC架构实现，结合Java三大流行的Spring、Struts和Hibernate开源框架，使用Mysql数据库，实现了个人办公、系统管理、网上交流、审批流转等功能。最后对系统进行了功能测试，验证了系统可有效提高中小型企业的办公效率，节省时间成本，规范处理流程，减少人力物力的浪费。

Abstract:The research status of the office automation systems at home and abroad was analysed in this paper. The feasibility of the office systems was discussed.Following practicality,usability,security, scalability principle, it provided an efficient office solutions for small and medium enterprises and gives the architecture design of the system in this paper. This system uses the Webbased MVC architecture,combining Struts,Spring and Hibernate,three popular Java open source framework.Functions of personal office,system management,online communication and approving flow was realized through patternbased Browser/Server,using mysql database.Finally,The function was test and the system was verified that it can improve office efficiency of the small and medium enterprises’ office automation effectively,save the cost of time, standardized process flow, reduce the waste of human and material resources.

1 选题背景
1.1 研究意义
我国中小型企业一直延用传统的办公方式,其办公效率低,对资源的耗费大,在信息技术高速发展的环境下,越来越难以应对复杂多变的市场竞争环境。因此,为了实现办公方式的转变,提高办公效率,增强企业的竞争力,办公自动化系统的设计和应用已成为中小型企业的重要任务。办公自动化系统开创了基于信息技术的新型办公方式,能够实现企业员工迅速高效地工作,同时方便企业管理者了解企业运行状况,迅速做出分析决策,进而提升中小型企业的管理能力和决策的正确性、科学性,从而为企业发展提供支持[1]。
协同是指协调两个或两个以上的不同资源或个体,协同一致地完成某一目标的过程或能力。协同OA系统是基于先进的Internet技术基础上的分布式软件系统,通过有效的资源共享和信息交流、发布,达到提高个人工作效率、降低劳动强度、减少重复劳动的目的,它强调人与人之间、各部门之间、企业之间的协同工作以及相互之间进行有效地
