双头螺纹结构轴类组件的数控自动编程与仿真(附件)【字数:9497】
摘 要数控技术是未来机械制造行业的必然发展趋势,其具有更好的加工质量和效率,更加经济节省。本文主要就是研究轴类零件的数控自动变成与加工,其中包括了对零件的工艺分析、工艺流程设计、计算机上的模拟仿真,最后到设计完成可以投入实际的加工中。需要注意的是本课题中有对薄壁零件和螺纹的设计加工,这需要我们在工艺分析阶段仔细研究这些零件的装夹与工序,这些零件都需要进行二次装夹分开加工,而且最后所有的零件需要装配起来,所以对于零件的精度分析需要考虑到最后零件之间的装配不能有难度。同时设计过程中在不影响零件质量的前提下,尽量提高加工的效率和经济化。设计中主要使用了mastercam软件对零件进行模拟仿真。

ABSTRACT
CNC technology is the future development trend of machinery manufacturing industry, which has better processing quality and efficiency, more economical savings. This article is mainly to study the shaft parts of the NC automatically become and processing, including the parts of the process analysis, process design, computer simulation, and finally to the design can be put into the actual processing.
