Abstract: in todays University, the school canteen is almost everyday dining place in college students, the school canteen is one of the most important places the student in the school period, the student satisfaction directly affects the students on campus life satisfaction and expectation. Dining environment, including infrastructure, services, health status and other aspects of college students has been the concern of parents and society, but also issues of concern, this paper carries on the questionnaire survey to the students about the canteen facilities, management, environmental health, canteen meals taste, open time and food species the overall satisfaction. The purpose of this survey is to describe the current situation of the students in our school canteen satisfaction, and provide the basis for further strengthening and improving the work of canteen. Based on the analysis of the survey data, the research summary, clear the dining room problems, listen to the voice of the students, the students questions and dissatisfaction of the rectification and improvement, in order to strengthen the management of the school canteen canteen can help better, efficient operation, strive for better service for students, provide a harmonious healthy, comfortable, convenient, eating places for students.

一、引言
满意度指的就是消费者或者参与者在组织活动中的整体感受或者个人情感的倾向体验，是参与人员的一种情感和态度的反映。
随着社会经济的发展，社会人更加注重个人的饮食，特别是当今大学生，他们是即将走进社会的主要成员之一，是社会主义发展的主要资源。高素质的大学生是人才建设的重要组成部分，在保障人才健康成长的过程中，大学生食堂满意度的重要性体现出来了，在大学校园里，首先要知道学生的想法，根据学生的想法采取积极的措施来改善不足，提高学生的满意度，从而达到使学校和学生双方在情感上的默契，最终实现共同促进的局面。而食堂满意度调查分析就是可以帮助学校实现这一有效的途径。
