1、选题背景
所选科目“房产租赁系统”是在现如今火热的房地产大背景下的应景选题，在整个房地产中起到了非常重要的决定性作用，之所以这么说是因为它为房产的售卖、房源流通以及各类人群的消费信息提供了一个便捷的交流平台。
该系统也作为电商行业发展最有势头的产业，它所涉及到的各个经济链条也为经济发展起到了支柱的作用。属于这个时代的电商潮流，房地产无疑是其中的一块的大肥肉，一个完整、及时、功能完善的房产信息交流平台将为其提供了实力保障。输入你想要找的房屋需要，系统会为你呈现所有符合及不同层次的选择分类，每一个符合要求的房源都会配备详细的各种说明介绍，将是你购买、租赁的不二选择。当然也可以为你发布出售、出租房源的信息，这将是一个超大、超完整的一个房产信息平台。
随着计算机技术在各个领域及行业中飞速发展，不管是企业或个人都可以在信息技术下找到便利。
2、选题意义
为实现不同人群对房屋的各种需求，该系统将提供一个便捷的交流平台，不管是对房产信息的出售、购买、租房、出租等信息更新发布。为人们带来方便的房屋需求。
3、实现目标
通过对国内外房产信息的结构分析进行总的概括，选择可实行的软件编写，并对所需求的信息框架进行注解分析，达到突出系统特点，让客户一目了然的效果。也实现本系统作为房产信息网的一个特色突出，联合数据库给突显用户，达到各个页面、各个板块功能显示。
4、技术涉及
从可实现的实际出发，运用学习过的Visual Studio2010环境，以及涉及到的专业知识ASP.NET 页框架和Web窗体页和内部状态管理功能、C#以及JavaScript技术等，在SQL2008建立的数据基础上速建立、实现的一个完整的、可应用的一个房产信息系统。
二、系统分析
1、需求分析
房产信息系统是市场的需求，该房产系统的功能基于房产中介包括房屋出租、房屋求租、房屋出售、房屋求购等四块主要功能板块的建立，以及用户注册的管理、网站更新的房源详情及信息的查询，需求信息添加与发布等。
2、基础设计及功能需求分析
房屋（出售）出租：网站提供一个信息发布平台，供给用户发布所出租房屋的信息、类型、以及各种具体的房源信息的提供。

房屋（求购）求租：系统用了一个单独的信息页面，集中展示所出租的各种房源的信息，以及一个可根据具体需求的一个搜索功能的板块，用户可以从两个方面来找到自己中意的房屋。
