We can register this website, see some public welfare activities and public news. Do the main purpose of this system is to provide students with more convenient way to take part in volunteer activities.

课题背景
随着社会的发展,生活水平逐渐提高。大学生是国家的未来和希望的人。大学生志愿服务网络提供有效平台,开展高校青年志愿者行动,不仅可以服务社会,大学生自觉成为有用的一种有效方式。尽力,没有工资,帮助他人,服务社会。学院青年志愿者活动去帮助别人和自助志愿者工作是指任何自愿贡献个人的时间和精力,在不为任何物质报酬,改善社会,服务社会,促进社会进步而提供的服务。
（）大学生志愿服务平台,我们的学生得到锻炼,锻炼工作能力,学习能力,锻炼意志和信心。这些都是非常有用的快速增长和成功,真正实现“服务社会,帮助他人,提高自己,弘扬新鲜空气”青年志愿者行动的原则。
本课题面向软件专业的学生，采用visual studio 2008开发工具，使用asp.net编程语言进行开发，在Windows的平台下，使SQL Server 2005做后台数据库。
选题意义
大学生志愿者活动的开展增强了大学生的实践能力和创造能力,?在本质上反映了当代青年的风格有帮助,愿意奉献和精神。志愿者活动是帮助别人和自助。通过志愿者活动,帮助建立一个和谐社会,和谐的人际关系。大学生参与志愿活动不能理解为简单的做好事,这本身就是大学生自身健康成长的需要。为人民服务是每个公民的责任(义务),更多的应该是当代大学生的道德观念,作为一名青年志愿者,尤其是必须有一个清晰的理解,本着为人民服务、为社会服务的目的,增强责任感和使命。
设计目标
目的是为了学生能得到更好的机会去锻炼自己的能力，意志和信心。更好的去服务他人，服务社会。
需求分析
功能分析
该系统主要有前台和后台。前台模块包括志愿者注册、志愿者登陆、公益活动管理、查看公益新闻等。后台系统主要有添加新闻，管理志愿者的活动安排，志愿者认证等等。
