在当前的网络建设环境中，企业内部网络的建设扮演着是至关重要的作用，企业内部各种业务的开展是企业网络快速发展的重要原因之一。从早期的企业网络内部文件共享、数据交换到现如今的资源全方位共享，从过去单一的企业服务到现在的多个分公司全部互联，随着企业的不断发展与壮大，对网络环境的要求也越来越高。这一要求最早还只体现在企业内部，而现如今则是对整个企业整个行业甚至整个互联网的共同需求。此论文将探讨当下企业所面临的一些安全问题；如何对企业接入层网络进行安全管理；当网络中个别设备损坏线路如何自动切换。

Design and planning of small and mediumsized networks
【Abstract】In the current network construction environment, the construction of enterprise internal network plays an important role, and the development of various businesses within the enterprise is one of the important reasons for the rapid development of enterprise network. From the early internal file sharing and data exchange of enterprise network to the allround sharing of resources today, from the past single enterprise service to the current multiple branches all connected, with the continuous development and growth of enterprises, the requirements for the network environment are higher and higher. This requirement was only reflected in the enterprise at first, but now it is the common demand for the whole enterprise, the whole industry and even the whole Internet. This paper will discuss some security problems faced by enterprises, how to manage the access layer network security, and how to switch automatically when some equipment in the network is damaged.

一、项目概述
（一）项目建设目标
为企业设计出稳定可靠的网络，为员工提供一个高速度的办公网络，满足企业对于网络的各项需求，对企业内部各种业务的开展提供技术支持。
（二）当下企业网络分析
随着企业内部各种业务的开展，对于网络环境的要求也越来越高，当下的企业网络存在着以下问题
1.网络架构混乱，不便于扩展和维护管理
早在企业网络建设初期，光纤和电缆随意布放，缺乏统一的网络规划，布局相对混乱，不便于对网络的性能进行整体的评估和扩展，给日常的维护与管理带来了巨大的难度
2.网络规划不可靠，造成资源浪费
由于缺乏有效的整体规划和布局，对于网络内部可靠性的考虑不足，造成内部网络单点的安全隐患，影响企业的生产和经营，同时还存在过度的网络冗余，造成不必要的资源浪费
3.网络信息安全存在隐患
